General Rules
Buffalo Creek Motocross and Kingdom Motorsports, LLC cannot be held
liable and are not responsible for accidents, damage, fire or theft to
any person(s) or personal property
Buffalo Creek Motocross and Kingdom Motorsports, LLC. Reserves the
right to refuse services to anyone
Cash Accepted, No Checks Please (credit card accepted soon)
Armbands must be worn and displayed at all times If found in the
park without one, you will be asked to purchase one immediately NO
EXCUSES
Private Property Enter At Your Own Risk
Anyone caught Misusing, Abusing, Vandalizing or Stealing any
property of the facility will be prosecuted
No Disposing of Gray/Black Water from RV (You will be asked to
leave)
No littering, please. Trash Containers Provided. Please Police Your Area before Leaving
the Park. Do not leave big trash (tires, ect)
No Riding after Dark
MX Park Rules
No big bikes on the Pit Bike/Pee Wee track
Rider is Responsible for Conduct of All Parties within their Pit
No Open Fires, Guns, Hunting, Fishing or Fireworks
No Obnoxious Behavior, Cursing or Fighting
No Alcohol on the premises (insurance requirement)
No Illegal Drugs or Drunkenness
No Glass Bottles or Containers
No Smoking at Starting Gates
Do not climb on fences! No trespassing on adjacent properties.
NO JUMPING THE RACE TRACK FENCE: No persons or unauthorized vehicles
are permitted within the boundaries of the racecourse, for any reason,
any time.
No Pit riding
Dogs must be on a leash at all times
Protest Fee $250.00; Rider's mechanic responsible for tear down
No Farming or Tools Used in Front of or Behind Start Gates
AMA Rules Apply and Supplement Rules Apply to ALL Buffalo Creek
Motocross and Kingdom Motorsports events except when other Sanctioned
Event weekends occur
Golf Carts, mules, wheel chairs, bicycles okay. Do NOT drive ATVs, Golf Carts, and/or Pit Vehicles beyond
Designated Parking Areas or behind Staging Area
Please refrain from the spinning of tires when not on the racetrack
in order to preserve the soil
Noise Curfew Rules: 10:00pm Shut Off Loud Music, Loud Talking and
Dogs must be in Inside
Parking is first come, first served. Parking Spaces may not be saved
except by Buffalo Creek Motocross and Kingdom Motorsports staff.
Arrive together if parking together
Discard Waste Oil, Gas and Anti-Freeze in the appropriate waste
containers
Buffalo Creek Motocross and Kingdom Motorsports, LLC does NOT
provide Riders Medical Insurance. It is recommended you NOT ride
unless you have Health Insurance
All Buffalo Creek Motocross and Kingdom Motorsports, LLC staff
decisions are final
Practice & Race Rules
This event will follow 2006 AMA Rule Book unless otherwise
stated herein! The decisions of the officials are FINAL for both race
& technical infractions.
One (1) Mechanic Only in Mechanics Area. No Children or Spectators
Allowed
Only One (1) Parent on the track during 50cc Classes
One (1) Mechanic at Starting Gate
Anyone Caught Practicing in Wrong Class will be disqualified. No
Refunds. No Excuses
No Gate Refunds. No Entry Refunds after Practice Starts. No Class
Changes once 1st Moto begins
Riders Under 18 Years Old must have Parent or Legal Guardian
present. A Notarized Release to Race is Accepted
All Riders Must Wear Helmet to and from Pit Area in 1st Gear
Keep Off Sides of Jumps
Riders are required to wear Helmets, Boots and Goggles
Bikes Must Display Practice Sticker
Riders Must have Wrist Band On
Riders Must make Complete Laps. Do NOT Cut across the Track, no
shortcuts. You will be penalized according to AMA rules.
Love your neighbor and you will fulfill all the rules
MINORS
Parent, legal guardian or "authorized adult" must complete minor
release. In the case of "authorized adult", he/she must provide
notarized legal documentation of said authorization of guardianship
with minor release to clerk at registration or with pre-entry. Buffalo
Creek Motocross and Kingdom Motorsports, LLC will retain original said
documentation as property owned by them. Authorized adults should
retain a copy for their own records or needs. All persons signing a
minor release must remain with said minor until the conclusion of the
event or until competition is complete. All persons signing any
release with minor must be prepared to show proof of identity and
guardianship
